DDR Entertainments - Darren Leaney

Darren first got his hands on a Paul Daniels Magic set when he was nine years old. Needless to say - all family
gatherings were dazzled by the youngster showing off his party tricks. This soon developed when, as a teen, Darren
figured he could take his magic further and was delighted when asked to perform for his mums office Christmas
party! After this, there was no stopping him!! Darren soon started performing at local functions and was now a
member of the Magicians of Basingstoke, a local magic club that helped him build his confidence.
Through his widening network, Darren was able to reach greater audiences and was soon in demand for repeat
bookings by happy customers. Although based in the south of England, he has travelled countrywide to perform his
amazing unique style of magic.

Darren is certainly not your usual magician, with the cliche of top hats and white rabbits! He is a modern, light
hearted and humorous close up entertainer who will astound your guests from the moment he arrives.
