For artists seeking agency representation, complete the following on line form. Our agency
team will review you form within 48 hours and contact you to discuss your requirements.

Registration Terms & Conditions

DDR Productions will review your registration form and decide whether to process your
application any further.

Once your registration form has been accepted, you will be contacted by a member of our
sister company, DDR Entertainments, who act as our agency company.

Once accepted, we will then contact you as and when we receive enquiries about your
particular act. All other details of payment etc, will be contained in the events contract.

The completion of this registration form does not automatically place you/your act onto our
agency books. The DDR Productions group will need to see/hear your act before passing
work onto you (where applicable).

The DDR Productions group does not guarantee any of our artist's work/employment. We act
as an agent between yourself and the customer and will pass work into you if we feel that
your act meets the customer's needs.

The DDR Productions Group will issue a contract of employment to both the artist and the
contractor when a booking/event is placed. The DDR Productions Group will draw a contract
up for each individual booking. Therefore, it is the contractor's responsibility to ensure that
the information contained in the contract is accurate and correct.

The DDR Productions group will charge a commission fee of 15% of the total fee owed to the
artist. The collection method of this fee will be stated in the individual events contracts.

The DDR Productions group work with third parties to ensure that standards are being met
across the board. If a third party informs DDR Productions that an act did not attend an
event, the DDR Productions group have the right to withdraw your act from our agency
books. This will also apply if you breach any of our own event contracts.

The DDR Productions group are authorised to use any information contained in this form to
use in advertising, contract formation and may pass it onto third parties.

The DDR Productions Group reserve the right to withdraw your act from our agency books if
any part of this registration form is found to be untrue.
